At VA12tfSC, sailing is more than a sport—it’s a tradition, a community, and a shared passion passed down since 1926. As a not-for-profit, volunteer-run association, our events play a vital role in supporting that legacy. Each gathering is an opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate the joy of sailing together. Whether you’re a seasoned sailor or new to the water, your participation helps us invest in training, equipment, and essential maintenance—ensuring our fleet and facilities continue to serve generations to come.

Kutti Cocktails – Christmas in July
Hosted by the Vaucluse Amateur 12ft Sailing Club
Kutti Cocktails is our annual celebration of the parents, volunteers, and supporters who make the Vaucluse Amateur 12ft Sailing Club so special. Open to the wider community, it’s a wonderful evening to connect, celebrate, and showcase the spirit of our club.
This year’s event holds particular importance. With our clubhouse temporarily closed due to critical structural issues, we are coming together not only to celebrate but to support the urgent restoration work needed to secure the club’s future.
We are incredibly grateful to the Vaucluse Yacht Club for generously hosting this year’s event while our own clubhouse is unavailable.

Time: From 5:00 pm
Location: Vaucluse Yacht Club, Cnr Marine Parade and Robertson Place, Watsons Bay
Guests will enjoy live music, beautiful food, drinks, and a vibrant atmosphere. A live auction will add extra excitement to the evening, with all proceeds going toward the club’s redevelopment.
This is an adults-only event. Friends and guests are warmly encouraged to attend, especially those new to the club.
The theme this year is Christmas in July. Dress in cocktail attire with a touch of sparkle.
Ticket Prices (includes open bar from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm):
Members: $75
Non-members early bird (until 26 June): $100
Non-members standard: $125
